COMMITTED.  CARING.  CONTRIBUTING.

The C. Herbert and Anna E. Lutz Foundation is a non-profit organization with a 501(c3) designation from the Internal Revenue Service.

The foundation was established in 1995 after the deaths of Mr. and Mrs. C. Herbert and Anna E. Lutz. Herbert and Anna enjoyed living in Chester where they attended their church and participated as active members of various community organizations. Their last years were spent close to family and friends.

Their purpose in endowing a foundation was to help fund community needs in the areas of education, health, welfare, and community programs. Each year, our mission is to reach as many lives and programs as possible. We desire that Herbert and Anna's legacy will continue to enrich our community as we fulfill our commitment to care and contribute to our neighbor's needs.
